is 3 ds max easy to use, i used rhino and i am not sure how to do things precise. i can get dimensions nice in autocad but its hard to make nice curves and make a good looking object.

Rhino uses nurbs in their modeling, while in max or any other common softwares uses polygon or subdivisional modeling as their main technique.

3dsmax is all about precision, pretty good to make inorganic shapes.

I have a question. I am not familiar with the Russian armament but I see in your image what seams to be a missile with an open drag tail located on the inner wing station. Is it upposed to be this while in flight or before being launched? :)
